It was great to see Jeff Lorber back on stage at the Dakota Jazz Club. I had the pleasure of sharing a table with Terry & Tish, a couple frequent flyers at this venue who enjoyed the first set so much, they just had to stay for the late show and fill up on a little more Jazz. Thanks for sharing your enthusiasm about what you'd seen in the first set, you were right on!

A pioneer of Jazz Fushion, you can always count on Lorber to turn out an interesting selection of tunes with plenty of room for everyone to shine. He is known to always assemble great touring bands, so having LaBelle and Williams with ties to the Minneapolis music scene made this show here extra special.
